Amidst The Chaos: Keeping Our Mind and Bodies Active

Hello to our Mhoodle Practices and Friends,


Our team has been working tirelessly, supporting our practices after-hours and on weekends to make sure that they and their clients are best supported during the COVID-19 pandemic. This is the type of care, compassion, and dedication we exhibit daily for our practices and we want you to know that we care deeply and we are in this together.


For our current practices, please know that our hours will be extended for the next 2 weeks. We will be periodically checking in from 6-8pm EST and on weekends. We invite you to reach out to your Intake Coordinator or Support Manager via your preferred contact method with any questions or support requests. I will be available to all practices via email, text or call. You let us know what you need (and if you don’t know what you need but know you need someone to process and plan with), we’re here for you.


In an effort to keep our teams’ spirits up, our bodies and minds active, we’ve been compiling a list of free resources that can help. If you have any that you love, send them our way!

Aaptiv (I have 9 free passes for friends to use, take advantage of these)
