Cons: Can be hard to set-up for a group practice
If you are a group practice and you are using a phone service in which not all members of the practice have their own phone number, we recommend having them sign-up for a free Google Voice number they can communicate with clients on.
Pros: The system works effortlessly! Their customer service is available 24/7 and it is so easy to set-up. This is also a good option if you have over 10+ clinicians within your group practice. Incredibly cost-efficient.
Cons: The user back-end may look archaic but it works seamlessly.
Pros: It incredibly easy to use and has great customer service. We've only seen these used for solo practices thus far, we'll report back once our groups begin using them.
Pros: It's a phone service made specifically for mental health and wellness professionals. If you give it a try, tell them Mhoodle sent you for 20% off of the lifetime of your service.
Cons: It requires a lot of set-up help from Spruce's team. There could be more space for autonomy on the user's end. It can get costly for a group practice.
